Olympic Lifting

This class is dedicated to the barbell and progressing your ‘big lifts’. We break down each movement and focus on technique to develop quality movement patterns, safely and get you hitting those PB’s.

Chainbreaker

Chains break at the weakest link, and then we forge newer, stronger ones. We are focused on kinetic chains. Your body has two: Internal Torque - a state of flow, and where you work until your body quits. External Torque - a state of fight, where we do the work and win! Chainbreaker is a journey for oldies and newbies: From poor core awareness to a stronger lower core/back. From chasing movement standards to understanding natural movement patterns. From dominant-side overuse to weak-side strengthening. From gassing out to using breath to move. We use simple movements to help you connect with these chains under load and then push the limit!
